Sheilla have many years of experience as Business developer and Market manager working within the South America and South Europe Markets. Through her background she knows the culture, it’s in her blood, but more important she possess solid competency in international business and negotiations with customers and suppliers within an international and multicultural environment.

Jimmy Abel Nielsen has five years of international, travel-based experience in customer facing roles within the marine and poultry processing industries. He has advised customers on purchasing and maintenance decisions, worked directly with management, and led on-site teams while coordinating across suppliers, customer organizations, and internal stakeholders.

He has delivered clear status reporting to decision makers and supported structured execution in complex, multi-party environments. Jimmy is currently completing the AP Degree Programme in Marketing Management at the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN).

At De Siqueira Consulting, he supports market analysis, market development, and sales and marketing activities, contributing to structured outreach and execution-focused commercial work. He supports South American producers in establishing a foothold in Europe by mapping markets and channels, identifying and qualifying buyers, supporting positioning and pricing, and driving disciplined follow-up to convert initial interest into long-term commercial relationships.

In 2006, he founded Weldspray Consulting LLC, initially to represent the Canadian company Gullco International, promoting welding automation equipment in the region. Under his leadership, Weldspray has grown into a well-established representative of leading manufacturers throughout Latin America, supported by a strong network of international welding distributors. The company also provides specialized consulting and technical training services, staying closely aligned with the latest technological developments through continuous team training and close collaboration with manufacturers, distributors, and end users.

Marcello Franchi

Marcello Rodrigues Alves Franchi is an Agronomist graduated from ESALQ-USP, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management and extensive experience in agribusiness as an Agro Business Developer. He built a significant part of his career as a researcher at a research foundation, where he developed and led projects focused on agricultural mechanization, precision agriculture, and innovation in the field.
